Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Champagne with tiny bubbles opens with a nutty dough like bouquet with hints of caramel. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and a bit zesty. The flavor profile is a tart green apple and pear with notes of minerality throughout. The finish is dry, tingly, and nicely refreshing.
