Wine Review: This orangish pink Rose Champagne with very few bubbles, opens with a mild nutty cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced. The flavor profile is an oak and mineral infused raspberry. The finish is rather dry and a bit subtle. This would be a nice option to pair with your lobster bisque at the start of dinner. Enjoy - Ken
