Wine Review: This midnight purple colored Petite Sirah opens with a dark chocolate bouquet with a hint of dark berry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, juicy and bright for a Petite Sirah. The flavor profile is a tasty ripe plum with notes of coffee and hints of red raspberry and earthy mushrooms. The finish is rather dry and its tannins show very good length. While this wine isn't your typical brooding Petite Sirah, it is very good. The Panel suggested pairing this wine with Chinese pork ribs. Enjoy – KWGTP
