Wine Review: This opaque and very dark purple colored Cabernet opens with fragrant blackberry and musty anise bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, and a bit fruity. The flavor profile is a ripe plum and blackberry blend with notes of spice, black pepper, and oak. The finish is dry and its dusty tannins build up and stick around for a while. I would pair this Good Cab with a juicy barbecue bacon burger. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Nice focused blackberry, bramble, with dark chocolate and judicious toast coming in on the finish. Well-builtstructure. Concentrated and firm tannins, give the wine a great personality. This wine is ideal with wild or red meats, spicy pastas and fine fermented cheeses or Roquefort.
