On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, and a bit fruity. The flavor profile is a ripe plum and blackberry blend with notes of spice, black pepper, and oak. The finish is dry and its dusty tannins build up and stick around for a while. I would pair this Good Cab with a juicy barbecue bacon burger. Enjoy - Ken Winemaker Notes: Nice focused blackberry, bramble, with dark chocolate and judicious toast coming in on the finish. Well-builtstructure.
