Wine Review: This midnight purple colored Malbec from Peachy Canyon opens with a black cherry and blueberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, juicy and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a mineral infused plum and black raspberry with hints of oak and blueberry. The finish is dry and flavors are quite extended. This fruit forward Malbec will appeal to Zin fans. It would pair nicely with Chinese pork ribs. Enjoy - Ken
