Wine Review: This slightly opaque and dark ruby colored Rhone blend opens with a mild black cherry and light boysenberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a ripe plum with notes of gentle oak and mild blackberry. The finish is dry and its flavors are nicely prolonged. This wine would pair blackened salmon. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Color: Dark with purple undertones. Nose: Intense on notes of violet, black fruit and spices, black pepper and licorice. Mouth: round, full-bodied, huge finesse with elegant tannins, very fresh.
