Wine Review: This dark ruby colored 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Ferrari Carano opens with a blueberry and coffee bouquet with a hint of black cherry. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, smooth and savory. The flavor profile is a black plum and oak blend with notes of mocha and black cherry. We also collectively detected hints of Bazooka bubble gum as well. The finish is dry and its dusty tannins linger for quite a while. The Panel suggested pairing this very good Cab with a pork tenderloin. Enjoy - KWGTP
