Wine Review: This Spanish Chardonnay is a light golden yellow colored. The slightly tropical nose contains some peach, lemon, banana and a hint of vanilla. It has a light to medium body and is very refreshing with zesty acidity. It f features flavors of lemon, peach, cantaloupe, light minerality and light oak. The finish is moderate in length with some citrus notes and spiciness. I would serve this with a crab cake sandwich with garlicky aioli. - Mark

Winemaker Notes: Sustainably-farmed Chardonnay, night-harvested and rigorously selected. Fermented and aged for three months in a mixture of American and French oak. Expressive, bright varietal, with fleshy fruit and some subtle and elegant notes of smoke from the oak aging.
