Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Chianti Classico is very good. It opens with an inviting black cherry bouquet with hints of cedar and faint leather. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, moderately acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mild red plum with notes of gentle cherry and faint oak. The finish is dry and its mild tannins lingers nicely. This wine is very food friendly and did pair perfectly with veal parmigiana at Veni Vidi Vici. Enjoy – Ken
