Wine Review: This midnight blue colored Cabernet from Napa opens with a mild black cherry bouquet with a hint of oak. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and approachable. The flavor profile is black currant with notes of oak, minerality and hints of boysenberry. The finish is dry and its mild tannins are nicely prolonged. This Cab would pair well with a juicy bacon burger. Enjoy - Ken
