Wine Review: This very dark ruby colored Pinot Noir from Ramey opens with a black plum and black raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and savory. The flavors profile is a racy red plum and oak blend with notes of black pepper and pomegranate. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. I would pair this Pinot with a filet mignon with a pomegranate-pinot noir reduction sauce. Enjoy - Ken
