Wine Review: This almost clear colored Pinot Gris from Oregon opens with a fragrant lime bouquet with a hint of grapefruit. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very acidic, crisp and lively. The flavor profile is a tart green apple with notes of minerality, lime and grapefruit. The finish is quite dry and its flavors linger for some time. This wine would pair well with grilled swordfish on a hot summer day. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: This lovely, soft, hay-colored quaffer evokes a fantastic outdoor BBQ and picnic, and is the perfect foil for a variety of summertime fare. On the nose, a little fresh-cut lawn is spiked with a hint of lemon zest. The palate reminds us of grilled pineapple and fresh fruit salad, with red delicious apple, Bosc pears, star fruit and melon. This wine has a pleasing mouth feel and finish, chased with a kick of acid that leaves you wanting for more.
