Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet from Washington State opens with a mild blueberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and savory. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused black currant with hints of oak, black cherry and old oak. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins linger for a while after the wine is gone. This wine would pair well with a juicy bacon burger. Enjoy - Ken
