Wine Review: This pale straw colored Riesling opens with an orange peel, mild oolong tea and wet stone like bouquet. On the palate, this wine medium bodied, slightly acidic and sweet. The flavor profile is a lemon iced tea and green apple blend with hints of fig, peach, and minerality in the background. The finish remains sweet and lingers nicely. The panel suggested pairing this Riesling with Great Hill blue cheese. Enjoy - KWGTP
