Wine Review: This bright red colored Brunello from San Felice is Excellent! It opens with an attractive new leather, cedar and black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied, balanced, smooth and savory. The flavor profile is a delicious black cherry and licorice blend with notes of gentle cedar and cassis. The finish is dry and its moderate well-managed tannins have an extremely extended length. I would pair this gem with Roy's rib roast. Enjoy - Ken
