Wine Review: This Italian white wine was one of my discoveries at this year's Boston Wine Expo. It is light yellow colored and opens with a wet stone like bouquet with a hint of lime. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, and very approachable. The flavor profile is a tasty blend of Anjou pear and minerality. The finish is dry and very refreshing. This wine would pair very well with roasted herb chicken. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Color: Brilliant yellow diamond. Bouquet: Aromas of pears and apricots with subtle floral notes. Taste: Rich, dry, and flavorful on the palate, with a long finish. This voluptuous "Super White" pairs perfectly with pastas and grilled seafood
