Wine Review: This is the second time that I have recommended this very tasty white wine. It is light yellow colored and opens with a mild red apple bouquet with a hint of cantaloupe. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, fruity, and creamy. The flavor profile is a bosc pear with a hint of minerality. The finish is dry and lingers nicely. This amiable wine is affordable and food friendly. Serve it cool, with broiled scallops. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Brilliant yellow diamond in color, this voluptuous "Super White" offers enticing aromas of pears and apricots with subtle floral notes. It is rich and flavorful on the palate, with a long finish. Ferdi pairs perfectly with pastas, white meats, and grilled seafood.
