Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Pinot Grigio opens with a mild pear bouquet with a hint of honeydew melon. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a very gentle green apple with a hint of Anjou pear, tangerine, and dash of white pepper. The finish is dry and very versatile and friendly. This wine would pair well with a spinach salad, baked Dover sole or a seafood casserole. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Pale straw in color; with a white-peach and citrus bouquet. Delicate tropical fruit flavors followed by a crisp, clean finish. Crisp, well-balanced, and impeccably fresh.
