Wine Review: This bright ruby colored Pinot Noir from Siduri opens with a strawberry and cherry-cola bouquet with a hint of vanilla. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a strawberry rhubarb and red raspberry blend with notes of oak, black cherry and a hint of black pepper. The finish is dry and its flavors and acidity show nice length. The Panel suggested pairing this Pinot with a pork roast. Enjoy - KWGTP
