Wine Review: This brilliant ruby colored Pinot opens with a mild black raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, and gentle. The flavor profile is a tasty blend of strawberry and raspberry. The finish is dry and its light tannins linger for a little while. This very food friendly and easy to drink Pinot would be a perfect choice for broiled salmon. Enjoy – Ken
