On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and slightly crisp. The flavor profile is a pleasant and tasty mineral infused Anjou pear. The finish is quite dry and very refreshing. If you have not explored Greek White wines yet, give this one a try and pair it with mussels steamed in a garlic wine sauce. Enjoy - Ken Winemaker Notes: Colour straw blonde, bright, with a nose of ripe citrus fruit. With refreshing acidity and a delightful after-taste.
