Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir from Oregon is Excellent! It opens with a pleasant strawberry bouquet with a hint of raspberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and super smooth. The flavor profile is a very tasty mild cedar infused gentle strawberry with notes of red plum. I also detected hints of white pepper as well. The finish is dry and its flavors and gentle acidity fade away nicely. I would pair this terrific elegant Pinot Noir with a filet mignon. Enjoy - Ken
