On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and tart. The flavor profile is a mild green apple with notes lime and a touch of grapefruit. The finish is dry and subtle. This is a good value summer Sauvignon Blanc. It would pair well with grilled chicken sandwiches.
