Wine Review: This garnet colored red blend opens with a black cherry and pine needle like bouquet with a hint of eucalyptus. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and easy going. The flavor profile is a mineral infused black currant with a hint of oak and cinnamon. The finish is dry and its dusty tannins linger for quite a while. The panel suggested pairing this Cab based wine with a marinated flank steak or a bison burger. Enjoy - KWGTP
