Wine Review: This dark red colored red blend from Walla Walla opens with an inviting boysenberry bouquet with hints of blueberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and easy going. The flavor profile is a tasty and approachable red cherry with hints of minerality. I also detected hints of herbs and black pepper. The finish is dry and its mild tannins fade away nicely. This wine is very food friendly. I would pair this wine with a filet mignon in the near term. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: A refined nose with scents of cherry jam, wheat fields, clove, and pepper leads into a bright, firmly structured wine full of fresh strawberry, raspberry, and cassis fruit flavors and a balanced level of acidity. This wine is rich, generous, and seamless. Elegant, sweet tannins linger on a long and complex finish.

Organic status: not organic
