Wine Review: This white gold colored Riesling from the Finger Lakes opens with a pear and ginger ale bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and slightly acidic. The flavor profile is a mineral infused lemon with hints of green tea. The finish is medium dry and its flavors linger nicely. Our mini-tasting group thought this Riesling would pair well with pasta carbonara. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Vineyards located on the East Side of Seneca Lake, this bright wine has a balance of citrus and tree fruit, with a pointed, rich finish. Pairs with grilled salmon, grilled vegetables or creamy cheeses.
