Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay from Talley is very very good. It opens with a mild apple and vanilla oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, very nicely balanced, elegant and sleek. The flavor profile is a delicious gentle pear with notes of apple and mild oak. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This very refined Chardonnay would pair nicely with grandma’s lobster pie with Ritz crackers. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The 2014 Rincon Vineyard Chardonnay offers delicate honeysuckle aromas infused with hints of wet stone. Meyer lemon and soft mineral notes are predominant on the palate leading to a chalky finish. This Chardonnay pairs beautifully with grilled chicken seasoned with lemon and rosemary.
