Wine Review: This ruby red colored Cab opens with a red currant, wintergreen, and truffle bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and savory. The flavor profile is an oak infused black currant and menthol. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins linger slightly. The panel thought this went well with Mike's strip steak. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: This is the fourth release of Thelema’s single vineyard stunner “The Mint.” The fruit for this exquisite Cabernet is sourced from parcels that impart a distinct minty character to the wine. Fresh, intense, and juicy, it boasts concentrated aromas and flavors of cassis, plum, mocha and dark chocolate, accented by complex expressions of mint, tobacco and eucalyptus.
