Wine Review: Some wines are meant for food. This is one of them. This Pinot Blanc opens with a mild wet stone bouquet with a mild hint of honey and lime. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a very mild blend of lime and peach with noticeable minerality throughout. The finish is dry and refreshing. There are many food that this wine would pair well with. It was terrific with herb roasted chicken. I could also see it doing well with bacon wrapped scallops.
