Wine Review: This pale straw colored Pinot Gris from Alsace opens with a mild pear bouquet with hints of banana. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, acidic and very juicy. The flavor profile is a mineral infused Anjou pear with hints of mild grapefruit. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. The Panel thought this Pinot Gris would pair well with linguini with pancetta, lemon and peas and spring rolls. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Bright, pale gold with aromas of juicy peaches and ripe pear. Full bodied with ripe smoky tropical fruit flavors and a long nutty finish. Perfect as an aperitif or with fish, shellfish, poultry and lighter pastas.
