Wine Review: This very pale straw-colored Pinot Blanc from Alsace opens with a pretty, floral bouquet with a hint of honeysuckle, lemon peel and chamomile tea. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and round in the mouth. The flavor profile is a pleasant bosc pear with notes of granny smith apple with nicely integrated gentle minerality. We also detected hints of ginger and almond. The finish is dry and refreshing. The Panel suggested pairing this Pinot Blanc with shrimp scampi. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: A wine for pure pleasure! Maturing early, it is dry, well-balanced, supple and refreshing. Pinot Blanc is ideal for serving as an aperitif, at formal dinners, receptions or light meals. Pinot Blanc is best served with shellfish, cold meats and other light appetizers.
