Wine Review: This opaque and very dark purple colored Zinfandel opens with a fragrant ripe boysenberry bouquet with a hint of blueberry and menthol. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, juicy and very fruit forward. The flavor profile is a ripe boysenberry with hints of cola, blackberry and touch of black cherry and mild oak in the background. The finish is dry and its fruit flavors are nicely prolonged. This tasty Zin is for fruit lovers and would be perfect with a rack of messy barbecue ribs. Enjoy - Ken

What is Chicken St. Timothy?
Large cubes of chicken breast that are dipped in egg wash and then drenched in flour. Then saute the chicken with sliced mushrooms in a stick of butter. Once the flour absorbs the butter, add plenty of Chardonnay, and diced scallions. Finish off the dish with heavy cream. Serve hot and enjoy! It’s delicious!
