On the palate, this wine is light bodied, has good balance between its acidity and fruit. The flavor profile is a nice blend that includes mild minerality and tangerine with a hint of apple and lime. The finish is dry and nicely refreshing. This entry level Sauvignon Blanc would pair well with chicken piccata. Enjoy - Ken Winemaker Notes: This first vintage of the Valentin Bianchi Sauvignon Blanc has a slightly pale-yellow color, it combines young, delicate and sharp herbal aromas with distinct and fresh citric traces of watermelon and lime peel. There is a refreshing crispness and clean, lingering finish. Organic status: not organic Buy it: Use 1000 Corks to find stores that sell Valentin Bianchi 2010 Sauvignon Blanc.
