Wine Review: This light straw colored Chardonnay from Argentina opens with a mellow apple bouquet with hints of light beer. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly, mouthwatering and easy to enjoy. The flavor profile is a pear and apple blend with hints minerality and vanilla oak. The finish is dry and its flavors are nicely prolonged. This Chard is a good everyday option. It would pair well with homemade mac n’ cheese with smoked ham. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Pale gold, with chlorophyll green reflections. The nose is clean and mineral, with notes of lemon blossom and white peaches. The entry is round, with fresh pear and melon layers over creamy lemon meringue pie. The bright acidity keeps it focused and balanced.
