It opens with an attractive light lime and peach like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is green apple with lots of infused minerality and citrus notes. It reminded me of a Sancerre. The finish is dry and very refreshing. This wine is very likable and was enjoyed by those that tried it. It would be perfect with rainbow trout or Dover sole. Enjoy – Ken Winemaker Notes: This wine expresses aromas of honeysuckle, hibiscus flowers, and orange blossom, followed by hints of tropical fruits. Rich and complex texture with bright acidity, the palate leads to intense flavors of tropical fruits and lemon custard. Organic status: not organic Subscribers: Have you tried this wine?
