Wine Review: The pitch black Spanish red blend opens with a mild black licorice and blackberry bouquet. On the palate, the wine is full bodied, balanced, and dense. The flavor profile is black currant with notes of black licorice, dark chocolate, and black cherry. I also detected a hint of oak as well. The finish is dry and dusty tannins linger for quite a while. This big wine will pair well with a juicy cowboy ribeye steak. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Nus del Terrer (Nus = 'Knot' or 'Tangle') is a judicious integration of 60% Garnacha with 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. Creamy texture and an exotic, reverberating finish develop and amplify the mineral theme of Terrer d'Aubert.
