This month, I am sharing a dessert wine made from Vignoles that I really liked a lot. This yellow colored Ice Wine opens with a mild guava and apricot like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and shows nice viscosity. The flavor profile is a very tasty apricot with notes of orange and a hint of pineapple. I could have easily drunk the whole bottle. It was yummy. The finish is pleasantly sweet and enjoyable. I would pair it with sharp cheese and a crusty baguette.
