Wine Review: This almost clear colored Riesling from the Finger Lakes opens with a mild lime and wet stone bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and nicely balanced between its fruit and acidity. It also displays some sweetness. The flavor profile is a pleasant green apple with notes of gentle minerality with hints of lime and Anjou pear. The finish is semi-dry and its flavors linger for quite some time. This wine would pair well with broiled diver scallops. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Lively citrus and tropical fruit flavors with apricot and peach aromas with a long, lingering finish. A wonderful sipping wine as well as a great match for a variety of full-flavored cuisine.
