On the palate, this wine is light bodied and nicely balanced between its fruit and acidity. It also displays some sweetness. The flavor profile is a pleasant green apple with notes of gentle minerality with hints of lime and Anjou pear. The finish is semi-dry and its flavors linger for quite some time. This wine would pair well with broiled diver scallops. Enjoy – Ken Winemaker Notes: Lively citrus and tropical fruit flavors with apricot and peach aromas with a long, lingering finish. A wonderful sipping wine as well as a great match for a variety of full-flavored cuisine. Organic status: not organic Buy it: Use 1000 Corks to find stores that sell Wagner 2009 Semi Dry Riesling.
