Wine Review: This straw colored Vidal Ice opens with a pineapple bouquet with hints of golden raisins. On the palate, this dessert wine is rather sweet, full bodied, and viscous. The flavor profile is a tasty apricot with notes of brown sugar. I also detected a touch of orange, white pepper and golden raisin. The finish remains sweet and pleasant. I would drink this dessert wine on its own. My sister would love it! Enjoy - Ken
