Wine Review: This almost clear colored “dry-styled” Riesling from Wagner in the Finger Lakes is very good. It opens with a yellow grapefruit bouquet with a hint of lime. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, dry and balanced. The flavor profile is a mineral infused lime with notes of gentle yellow grapefruit and a touch of kiwi mixed in. The finish is dry and its flavors are nicely prolonged. This good value Riesling is very food friendly and would pair perfectly with swordfish skewers. Enjoy – Ken
