Wine Review: This pale straw colored Gewurztraminer from Alsace opens with an inviting orange and lychee like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and lush. The flavor profile is a tasty lychee and vanilla custard blend with hints of peach, clover honey and toasted almonds. The finish is dry and favors linger nicely. This is one of the top Gewurztraminers that I have covered in a while. If you like this grape, you will love this wine. Serve with chicken lo-mein. Enjoy - Ken
