Wine Review: This bright red colored Pinot Noir from Winderlea opens with a fragrant red raspberry bouquet with citrus hints of grapefruit and tangerine. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and juicy. The flavor profile is a red plum and mild strawberry blend with hints of red cherry and just a kiss of oak and cinnamon at the very end. The finish is dry and subtle. This Pinot is food friendly and should be paired with lighter foods like coq au vin. Enjoy – Ken
