Wine Review: This very dark ruby colored Cab opens with a very attractive and fragrant black cherry bouquet with a hint of blueberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very well balanced, silky, and gentle. The flavor profile is a delicious ripe blueberry with notes of oak, chocolate, and black cherry. The finish is dry and its well managed fine tannins drift away nicely. This wine would pair perfectly with a filet mignon in the near term. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: This wine has a generous nose of spicy oak and cedar integrated with ripe black fruits and cherry. A sweet, rich mouth feel begins with cassis and ripe black berry leading towards chocolate and mocha. The finish is complex, generous and long. While this wine can be enjoyed now it will definitely benefit from additional cellaring and with proper storage should develop for eight years or more.
