Wine Review: This dark red colored blend from Languedoc, France opens with a black raspberry bouquet with a hint of bay leaf. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and savory. The flavor profile is a mineral infused black currant with notes of plum. The finish is dry and its mild sticky tannins linger nicely.
