Ryan is the winemaker for <a href=\"https:\/\/threestickswines.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Three Sticks<\/strong><\/a>. In our Zoom interview, we covered eight of his new-release wines. We had interviewed Ryan last March to explore his background and cover the 2019 vintage. The new interview covers two of his 2020 wines and focuses primarily on the 2021 vintage.<\/p>\n<p>Before we get to the wine reviews, I thought I would share a few tidbits we learned during the tasting with Ryan.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There is a page on the Three Sticks website, &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/threestickswines.com\/getting-to-know-our-winemaker-ryan-prichard\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Getting to know our Winemaker.<\/strong><\/a>&#8221; Check it out!<\/li>\n<li>The Durell Vineyard &#8220;Origin&#8221; Chardonnay is un-oaked.<\/li>\n<li>20 to 25 producers pull fruit out of the Gap&#8217;s Crown Vineyard.<\/li>\n<li>The One Sky Vineyard is the highest vineyard in the Sonoma Mountain AVA\n<ul>\n<li>A 1\/2 mile down from the vineyard, you are in Cab country.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>There will be a new &#8220;One Sky Pinot&#8221; being released in the fall.<\/li>\n<li>The 2022 crop was a smaller than usual.\n<ul>\n<li>Durell was down more than Gaps.<\/li>\n<li>Chardonnay was hit harder than Pinot Noir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Below is a summary of the wine offerings from Three Sticks that we covered with Ryan.
