Back in the spring, we covered the 2022 &#8220;Setta&#8221; Sauvignon Blanc as well. Check out what we learned about the Cedric, the Setta wine project, and his working relationship with Ian Devereux White.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Before we get to the wines, I thought I would share some tidbits that Cedric and Ian shared.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">How did you get into wine? It was at a steak dinner and he ordered a bottle of a Napa Valley wine that blew him away.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">How did you meet Ian? Thru a mutual friend.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Talk about the Setta Wine project. The &#8220;Setta&#8221; wine name is a tribute to Cedric&#8217;s mom, Rosetta, a reading specialist in St. Louis, Missouri, for more than 30 years. As a give-back, at least 10%, if not more, of all profits from sales of this wine will be donated to<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kylesfamilyfoundation.org\/programs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Red Rose Reads Foundation<\/strong><\/a> to <span style=\"color: #000000;\">support literacy programs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cedric also offers some barbecue products via<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/acbarbeque.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>AC Barbecue<\/strong><\/a>. <span style=\"color: #000000;\">We bought both sauce bottles and enjoyed them on some ribs. Both were very good. I liked the &#8220;<\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/acbarbeque.com\/collections\/our-rubs\/products\/all-day-every-day\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">All Day<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8221; the best for ribs. Cedric likes the &#8220;<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/acbarbeque.com\/collections\/our-rubs\/products\/ac-gold-aka-caroline-wine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Gold<\/strong><\/a>&#8221; with fish.
