Wine Review: If you want to end your evening on a terrific note, pick up this wine from Dr. Loosen. This very light yellow wine opens with a pleasant fragrant orange peel like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is very nicely balanced, has delightful refined sweetness, and displays wonderful green apple flavors with hints of lemon iced tea. The finish is quite refreshing and has the iced tea flavors lingering for some time. This wine was served with various deserts including a champagne crème brulee, malted chocolate mousse, and a maple pumpkin pie tart. It went well with all of them. Enjoy Ken
