This new one called Layer Cake was a nice find at the Worcester Food and Wine Festival. This rich purple colored wine is about as dark a wine as you will find. It has a nice fruit forward bouquet. On the palate, this wine is rich, fruit packed, and quite a tasty wine. The mouthfeel of this wine is smooth, round, and well balanced. The finish is dry and slightly prolonged.
