Wine Review: I recently tasted this wine with KJ winemaker Randy Ullum. I was quite impressed. The bouquet of this wine was a bit shy for a cabernet. On the palate, this wine was silky, with very expressive fruit flavors. This wine is ready to drink now. This wine is an excellent food wine. The finish of this wine is very extensive, nicely dry, and not tannic. Enjoy this beauty soon. - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Deep black cherry and cassis flavor with concentrated mineral and terroirial tones. Well extracted, elegantly muscular, with chewy, soft tannins.
