This light straw yellow wine opens with a big inviting gooseberry and tropical bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is very nicely balanced, creamy, and crisp with lively fruit flavors. This wine would be a good match with halibut or swordfish. The finish is dry, refreshing, and has decent length.
